Camelback Resort in Tannersville, PA is seeking motivated Prep Cooks and Line Cooks for a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. Positions include work on grill, oven, fryer, or prep stations with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant cooking experience is required.
• Must be able to speak and read English; additional languages a plus.
• Basic math skills for adjusting recipe quantities.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items including chopping vegetables, assembling salads, and preparing entrees.
• Set up and prepare ovens, grills, and utensils for each shift.
• Follow designated cooking methods to ensure consistency and quality of menu items.
• Receive and prepare orders from wait staff or computerized systems.
• Cook food in accordance with food health and safety standards.
• Manage multiple food orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Properly handle, store, and rotate food products.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of kitchen areas, walk-in coolers, and storage spaces.
• Continuously develop cooking skills and expand knowledge of food products and techniques.
