Responsibilities

• Set up and sanitize workstations.
• Follow prep lists created by lead culinary.
• Prepare stocks and ingredients for cooking.
• Prepare simple dishes under supervision of executives chefs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen; proper storage.
• Assist chefs and monitor food temperatures.
