Proof of the Pudding, the food service provider forthe Frisco Roughriders,is looking forCatering Servers.CateringServers'roles aretomonitorandassistin the operations of the game day suitesandoperations ofcatering events.Adhere to food safety standardsand TABC Standards.We are offering competitive pay and on-the-job training at one of the most scenic venues in Frisco.
This is seasonal/part-time work as business needs are dictated by athletic eventsandcatered events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining and cleaning the buffet services according to standards
- Accomplishes all assigned cleaning, stocking, and maintenance tasks
- Answer any guest questions about the menu items, dailyspecialsand beverages, including knowledge of the ingredients, preparationmethodsand garnishes
- Prepares foods, such as fruit, juices, cereals, bread, hot foods, Replenish food on hot/cold buffets
- Restocks outlet withappropriate inventory
- Removes trash from all containers in outlet, taking it to the dumpsterlocatedon the loading dock
- Put away food stock and dry goods in their proper location
- Assistsin arranging the room and setting tables forspecial events
- Thorough knowledge of ice handlingprocedures,healthand sanitation guidelines
- Ability tomaintaina clean, well-stocked station
- Delivering and running food between suitesand/orcatering spaces.
- Assistingthe culinary, operations,and PremiumLeadas directed
- Performs other related duties asrequired.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and/or Experience:
- Experience working in food & beverage or a stadium is preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- ServSafecertified or is available to receive training.
- TABCcertifiedor is available to receive training.
- Live withinor nearFrisco, TX.
Specialized Qualifications:
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to work shifts ranging from 8-12 hours as business demands
- Ability to perform physicaltasks,such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 40 lbs.
- Planning, multi-taskingand aphenomenal team player.
- Self-motivated with a high energy level and strong verbal communication.
QualificationsWork Environment
The work environment for this position will be event operations and workingthroughoutFrisco Roughriders Field.

Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of being in one place, movingthroughthePremium spaces, storageroomsand suites.
- Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items.
- Ability to perform physicaltasks,such as but not limited to, lifting approx. 30+lbs.
- Basic reading and mathematical skills.
