Proof of the Pudding is seeking a Prep Cook at the Credit Union of Texas Event Center in Allen, TX. This seasonal/part-time role prepares and cooks food items to deliver high-quality taste and presentation for guests during athletic events.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience working in a kitchen.
• Catering experience is preferred.
• ServSafe certified or is available to receive training.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and sanitizing workstations.
• Following prep lists created by lead culinary.
• Measuring ingredients and seasonings.
• Preparing cooking ingredients such as soup stock for the cooking process.
• Preparing simple dishes as directed by the Executive Chef.
• Ensuring all food items are properly stored and easily accessible.
• Assisting chefs in preparing food and attending to culinary tasks.
• Maintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitized kitchen.
• Running food on game-days.
