Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is expanding into the Dallas area and seeks Catering Servers for the Frisco Roughriders venue. The role supports game day suites and catered events, ensures food safety, and provides friendly service during events.

Training is provided and pay starts at $17–$18 per hour with diverse shift opportunities. The position is seasonal/part-time, based at Roughriders Field in Frisco, and requires availability for event-driven hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in food & beverage or a stadium is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ServSafe certified or is available to receive training.
• TABC certified or is available to receive training.
• Live within or near Frisco, TX.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and cleaning the buffet services according to standards.
• Accomplishes all assigned cleaning, stocking, and maintenance tasks.
• Answer guest questions about menu items, daily specials, and beverages, including ingredients and garnishes.
• Prepares foods such as fruit, juices, cereals, bread, hot foods; replenish buffets.
• Restocks outlet with appropriate inventory and supplies.
• Removes trash and takes it to the dumpster located on the loading dock.
• Assist in arranging the room and setting tables for special events.
• Delivering and running food between suites and catering spaces.
• Assists the culinary, operations, and Premium Leaders as directed.
