Proof of the Pudding is expanding into the Dallas area and seeks Line Cooks for Comerica Center in Frisco, TX. This is seasonal/part-time work during athletic events, offering hands-on training and competitive pay.

You will set up stations, follow prep lists, measure ingredients, and help prepare hot foods while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness in a busy arena kitchen. Join a team delivering quality events across weddings, corporate events, and sports nights.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a kitchen, experience in catering is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• ServSafe certified or available to receive training.

Responsabilités

• Setting up and sanitizing workstations.
• Following prep lists created by lead culinary.
• Measuring ingredients and seasonings.
• Preparing stock and cooking ingredients as directed.
• Preparing simple dishes per Executive Chef.
• Maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of food items.
• Assisting chefs and attending to culinary tasks as needed.
• Running food on game-days.
