Roadhouse in Scottsdale is seeking a seasonal Line Cook to join our holiday team. This temporary role runs through January 10, 2027, with no guaranteed extension beyond that date.

You will cook, prepare, and build food exactly to our specifications, set up stations, and assist kitchen management with daily tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on a brigade-style line.
• Familiarity with cooking techniques and procedures.
• Food Handlers Card as required per location.

Responsabilités

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Fill out and sign station sheets.
• Prepare ingredients to use for cooking (vegetables, meat, sauces).
• Cook food on various surfaces and equipment.
• Report to and follow Executive Chef and Kitchen Manager instructions.
• Label and tag prepped and bottled items.
• Monitor, stock, and request orders when ingredients are short.
• Ensure food comes out per presentation requirements and on time.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.
• Be knowledgeable throughout active productive lines.
• Fill out temperature logs.
• Understand fryer schematics.
• Maintain food quality and portion control.
• Use time management during orders through multitasking.
• Read and execute food tickets.
• Manage Expo as needed.
• Review bathroom cleanliness per training guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
