Qualifikationen

• Food safety awareness and basic kitchen hygiene.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and chef specifications.
• Set up and stock assigned station with all necessary supplies.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.
• Maintain proper food handling, storage, labeling, and sanitation procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to supervisors.
• Practice safe operation of kitchen equipment and tools.
• Assist with receiving and storing food and supply deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient service.
• Follow all health department regulations and company policies.
• Assist with banquet, catering, and special event food preparation as needed.
• Perform opening, closing, and side-work duties as assigned.
