Job summary

The Roadhouse Cinemas in Scottsdale is seeking a Line Lead Cook to oversee food prep per company specifications and supervise a small team of Line Cooks on a brigade-style line. You will set up stations, monitor quality, and ensure timely, correctly presented dishes while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Head Chef, managing inventory, labeling and storing items, and training staff to follow recipes and presentation guidelines.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Line Cook experience at RoadHouse Cinemas.
• Food Handlers card (as required per location).
• Ability to work on a brigade-style line.

Responsibilities

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering/cooking meat, preparing sauces).
• Monitor food, portion, and waste control.
• Ensure food quality across all lines.
• Cook food on various surfaces and equipment.
• Lead and supervise Line Cooks.
• Cross-train staff on menu items and ensure accuracy of Line Cook performance.
• Inventory and ordering.
• Oversee time-management of employees and food orders.
