Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking a Lift Dispatcher to coordinate lift openings and communicate across departments, helping keep mountain operations organized and running smoothly all day.

This full-time seasonal role blends administrative tasks with real-time operations and requires strong communication and guest-service skills. You’ll manage timekeeping, maintain records, track statistics, and ensure updates reach the right people, contributing to a safe, seamless experience for guests and team

Formación

• Must be 18+ at time of hire.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Advanced ski or snowboard ability.
• Background check required.
• Comfort with the seasonal nature of the role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word.
