Job summary

Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation seeks a dispatcher for Lift Operations in Steamboat Springs, CO. The role involves handling radio and phone communications between lift crews and maintenance, updating grooming and lift status, and supporting guest feedback and operational reporting.

You will assist with onboarding in the lift operations team, organization of records, and day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting. Seasonal, on-site work with a strong service culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist guests and co-workers in a positive, helpful manner.
• Manage the Lift Dispatch program: radios, phones, ignition.
• Update grooming and open lifts/trails info on the web.
• Compile and send snow and grooming reports with the team.
• Support guest research and respond to lift-related feedback.
• Maintain operational documentation and directories.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding for lift operations.
