Job summary

Mt. Hood Meadows is seeking a passionate Lift Operations Supervisor to lead chairlift crews on our mountain operations team.

You will ensure lifts operate safely, efficiently, and with top-notch guest service while setting the standard for safety and teamwork. In this full-time, seasonal leadership role, you’ll train and coach Lift Operators in Charge, Lift Attendants, and Leads, respond to lift incidents, manage staffing, and coordinate with Dispatch, Patrol, Grooming, and Lift Maintenance to

Qualifications

• Must be able to commit to working weekends and holidays during the winter season.
• Able to be insured to drive company vehicles
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple chairlift crews and monitor safety procedures.
• Train and coach Lift Operators in Charge, Lift Attendants, and Leads.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Patrol, Grooming, Lift Maintenance and other departments to keep operations smooth.
• Respond to lift incidents and manage staffing and overtime.
• Ensure documentation and readiness for daily operations.
