Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Seasonal Leasing Consultant to support occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals at a North Carolina property. You will guide prospective residents through leasing, coordinate tours and applications, and assist with lifestyle events to enhance the resident experience.

Qualifications

• Sales and leasing experience to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to explain features and close leases.
• Experience with sales presentations and lead follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and sign leases.
• Follow up with prospects within 24 hours to finalize decisions to lease or renew.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Use property management software to track availability and data.
• Maintain show units and coordinate maintenance and staging.
• Assist with lease renewals and renewal packets.
• Respond to resident questions and concerns with prompt action.
• Engage with residents and participate in events and outreach.
• Prepare reports and assist with administrative duties.
• Assist Lifestyle Coordinator with events.
