Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing / Sales Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue at our Charlotte, NC property. You will guide prospects through tours, qualify leads, process applications, and prepare leases with attention to detail.

This role requires collaboration with the Lifestyle Coordinator, execution of marketing plans, and proactive follow-up to convert inquiries into signed leases. The position emphasizes strong customer service, relationship-building, and daily use of

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service background sufficient to resolve customer complaints and issues and complete financial records, documents, and reports.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer questions.
• Mathematical skills necessary to process sales conversions.
• Ability to apply sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the property’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting property tours and showing apartments, processing applications, and preparing leases.
• Collects all pertinent information from prospective residents at move-in and records as appropriate.
• Stays informed about market conditions and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Designs and executes marketing activities and events to drive traffic and referrals.
• Uses the property management software to track availability, leases, and resident data; analyzes demographics and trends.
