Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Cook 3 for Truist Park in Atlanta, GA. As a Cook 3, you will lead in the kitchen, plan menus, ensure quality, and train team members while upholding health codes and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in back-of-house foodservice.
• Ability to read prep sheets and recipes.
• Basic math skills to follow recipe measurements.

Responsibilities

• Review menus and orders to determine food quantities and portion sizes.
• Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, sanitized, stocked, and organized.
• Use waste-control guidelines and record waste on the spoilage sheet.
• Perform opening, closing, and end-of-day inventory per guidelines.
