Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Cook at Truist Park in Atlanta, GA. You will review menus, prepare food, operate kitchen equipment, and uphold health codes while contributing to a collaborative team focused on culinary excellence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of previous experience in a back-of-the-house foodservice position.
• Ability to read prep sheets and recipes.
• Basic math skills to calculate recipe measurements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to meet portion sizes and quality standards and maintain proper temperatures.
• Keep workstation, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, and stocked.
• Record waste on the spoilage sheet and follow waste guidelines.
• Perform opening, closing, and end-of-day inventory per guidelines.
