Qualifications

• At least 2 years of previous experience in a back-of-the-house foodservice position.
• Ability to read and comprehend prep sheets and recipes.
• Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and follow recipe measurements.

Responsibilities

• Review menus and orders to determine type/quantity of food; ensure portions and quality standards.
• Keep workstations, coolers, and equipment clean, organized, and stocked; maintain sanitary kitchen.
• Record waste using waste control guidelines.
• Perform opening/closing/side work and end-of-day inventory per guidelines.
