Job summary

Legends Alamodome seeks a Kitchen Supervisor to lead the Food & Beverage kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will supervise line cooks, ensure proper setup, and uphold sanitation and safety standards, delivering consistent meals for events and services.

The role requires Serve-Safe certification, a high school diploma or GED, and at least 3 years in food service plus 2 years in kitchen management. Part-time seasonal with non-exempt status; on-site at Legends Alamodome.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Serve-Safe certified.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a food service preparing meals and 2 years’ kitchen management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise line cooks during service and ensure proper setup and breakdown of service area.
• Set up stations and collect all necessary supplies for service.
• Ensure all foods are covered, dated and properly stored.
• Maintain sanitation and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas.
