Job summary

Red Cliffs Lodge Moab is seeking a Seasonal Dishwasher for September through November to support our food and beverage operations in Moab, Utah. This role focuses on cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing china, glassware, silverware, and cookware to uphold high hygienic standards.

You will operate a commercial dishwasher, ensure outlets are stocked, assist the service team, and follow safety policies. Previous hospitality experience is preferred, with good communication and reliability valued.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Prior hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Operate commercial dishwashing machine and maintain a hygienic environment.
• Ensure outlets have necessary quantities and racks for dirty dishes.
• Address spills and breakage promptly with safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and food prep areas.
• Assist service team to meet guest expectations.
• Report maintenance or hazard issues to supervisor.
