Solitude Mountain Resort in Utah seeks a Dishwasher / Prep Cook for a seasonal, full-time role at Honeycomb Grill Restaurant. You will assist in kitchen operations under the supervision of the sous chef and head chef, focusing on cleaning, prep work, and food safety.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in dishwashing or prep, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and can stand long hours; duties include coordinating with kitchen staff and maintaining equipment and sanitation throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a dishwasher or prep cook.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of kitchen and dishwashing equipment and cleaning detergents.
• Ability to assist kitchen staff with cleaning and basic food prep.
• Ability to take orders and work in a high-pressure environment.
• Follow company policies as stated in the handbook.
• Ability to obtain and maintain state-required licenses such as Food Handler’s Permit.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all kitchen cleaning duties (dishwashing, station teardown, equipment cleaning).
• Assist Kitchen Manager with receiving orders and proper rotation/storage of cold and dry storage areas.
• Demonstrate strong communication and ability to take direction.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
