Alterra Mountain Company Schweitzer is seeking a Kitchen Steward to maintain cleanliness of dishes, glassware, and kitchen areas in a fast-paced resort setting. The role supports overall kitchen operations and guest dining experiences while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

You will work as part of a team in a 100% indoor worksite, with duties including restocking supplies and assisting with food prep as needed. Seasonal Full Time or Part Time positions available at Schweitzer, ID.

Qualifications

• License/Certifications - Idaho Food Safety Certification is preferred.
• Physical Capabilities - Stand/walk for whole shift; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Worksite is 100% indoors; exposure to fumes and hazards.

Responsabilités

• Clean and sanitize dishware and utensils using dishwashing equipment and handwashing.
• Maintain steady workflow by ensuring a steady supply of clean items for service.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies (detergents, sanitizers).
• Follow safety and sanitation standards per food safety protocols; wear non-slip shoes.
• Assist with keeping tables clean and ready for guests; support kitchen staff.
