Job summary

Cinépolis USA is seeking Seasonal Kitchen Staff in Inglewood, CA, to support our theater dining experiences. This part-time role involves high-volume kitchen work, quick service, and accurate preparation of menu items.

The position requires at least 1 year of professional kitchen experience; culinary training preferred. ServSafe certification is encouraged, and applicants should be able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience, culinary training preferred.
• If does not meet experience, position can start as dishwasher/prep cook at entry level with growth potential.
• ServSafe training certification preferred or provided by Cinépolis prior to going on the line.
• Proficiency with U.S. measurements, weight and volume.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items accurately and promptly as ordered through POS.
• Cook items with the kitchen team to ensure quality and timely service.
• Maintain food safety guidelines and proper temperatures; label and store items correctly.
• Keep kitchen clean and organized; restock dry goods and prep materials as needed.
• Follow opening, mid, and closing procedures; participate in trainings.
