Job summary

Cinépolis USA is seeking a line cook/kitchen team member to prepare menu items accurately and promptly for guests. You will work with the kitchen staff to ensure dishes are cooked to quality standards and served hot and on time.

Eligible candidates have at least 1 year of kitchen experience, with culinary training preferred and ServSafe certification preferred. The role requires flexibility for holidays and weekends in a theater setting, with opportunities for growth within our operations team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in kitchen operations and execution.
• Good communication skills with team and supervision.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a high-volume kitchen.
• Bilingual abilities a plus (Spanish/English).

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items accurately and promptly via POS orders.
• Cook items with kitchen staff to ensure timing and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety and temperatures.
• Stock and restock dry goods; manage waste logs and inventory updates.
• Follow opening, mid, and closing procedures and participate in trainings.
