Cinépolis USA is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our Operations department at the theater location in California. The role focuses on accurate, timely preparation of menu items and ensuring food safety standards are met while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of kitchen experience, is comfortable with dishwashing, prep work, and expediting, and can work well in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience.
• Experience with dishwashing, prep/cooking, and expediting.
• ServSafe training preferred or to be completed by Cinépolis prior to going on the line.
• Must be able to follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Show Passion and Commitment by preparing menu items accurately and promptly when ordered through POS.
• Show integrity by only making items ordered through POS.
• Accommodate special requests when possible with management approval.
• Prepare dishes according to recipes to maintain quality and consistency.
• Cook items with kitchen staff to ensure timely, high-quality output.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen during and after shifts.
• Restock supplies and manage waste logs; keep inventory informed to supervisors.
