Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a top-tier summer camp. You will oversee daily culinary operations, staff management, budgeting, and allergen safety on-site.

This seasonal, live-in position runs May through September across rural camp facilities, requiring a 6-day/70-hour week and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Competitive pay, bonus eligibility, and full room and board are provided.

Formación

• Experience in commercial kitchen leadership with scratch cooking.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (Allergens required before start date).
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to live on-site in rustic setting and work a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.

Responsabilidades

• Operations & Leadership: Lead, schedule, and train kitchen staff; foster a high-energy, positive environment.
• Culinary & Quality Excellence: Manage flow, portion control, menu specs, scratch cooking, and timely service.
• Allergen & Safety Compliance: Manage allergen protocols and sanitation standards.
• Administration & Budget: Manage inventory, place food orders, control budgets, track daily reporting.
• Client Relations: Liaise between kitchen operations, campers, camp leadership and Wolfoods corporate office.
