Qualifications

• Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer returns.
• Lead and support store operations when the manager is away.
• Understand sales plans and drive KPIs such as UPT and ADT.
• Maintain visual standards and assist with opening/closing the store.
• Handle register transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Communicate fashion and music trends to management and HQ partners.
• Prevent misuse of spells and theft with store management (thematic humor).
• Keep stock room organized and store tidy.
• Train and coach new Sales Associates as needed.
• Support other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
