Job summary

You will also manage money handling, help with deposits, and keep accurate fundraising records. This temporary position supports seasonal fundraising efforts with emphasis on customer service, community outreach, and efficient operation of kettle activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Ability to coordinate volunteers and communication with vendors/participants.
• Valid driver’s license with driving eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and signing up volunteer bell ringers and groups, scheduling dates, times, and locations.
• Contacting volunteers by phone or email to schedule ringing times.
• Call local businesses to sign them up for kettle sponsorship.
• Sort kettle money with volunteers per guidelines and transfer to bank for processing.
• Enter daily funds into tracking spreadsheets and online SA tracker.
