Job summary

The Salvation Army Northern Division is seeking a Kettle Campaign Coordinator for the Red Kettle Campaign. This seasonal, site-based role supports hiring, scheduling, timekeeping, and kettle operations through December 2026.

The role requires coordinating day-to-day activities, managing personnel records, and ensuring smooth campaign operations, including routing and data entry. It is a temporary, 25-hour/week position funded at $15/hour.

Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating employees, volunteers, schedules, or similar operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring and onboarding of seasonal bell ringers and kettle drivers.
• Maintain timekeeping records for seasonal employees and ensure payroll timelines are met.
• Develop daily schedules for employees and volunteers and adjust as needed.
• Coordinate kettle placement, pickup, and movement; address operational concerns at sites.
• Enter campaign data and assist with reports and tracking.
• Assist with kettle routes, deliveries, pickups, and staffing coverage.
