Job summary

The Salvation Army Northern Division is seeking a Kettle Campaign Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations for the Red Kettle Campaign during the seasonal period. You will hire and onboard seasonal bell ringers and kettle drivers, track timekeeping, and support daily kettle routes and locations to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include scheduling staff, maintaining records, coordinating kettles and equipment, and assisting with reporting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience coordinating employees, volunteers, schedules, or similar operations preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet Salvation Army motor vehicle record requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring and onboarding of seasonal bell ringers and kettle drivers.
• Review and maintain accurate timekeeping records for seasonal employees.
• Develop and communicate daily schedules for employees and volunteers; manage coverage.
• Coordinate the placement, pickup, and movement of kettles and related equipment.
• Maintain campaign records and enter data related to kettle activity and staffing.
• Assist with kettle routes, deliveries, pickups, and staffing coverage as needed.
