The Salvation Army Northern Division is seeking a seasonal Red Kettle Campaign Coordinator in Minnesota. The role handles hiring/onboarding of seasonal bell ringers and kettle drivers, schedules staff, and manages timekeeping and data entry for campaign activity.

This fully site-based position requires a valid driver's license and strong organizational skills. The role runs through December 2026, with typical days, evenings, and Saturdays involved.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and driving record per Salvation Army policy.
• Experience coordinating employees or volunteers preferred.
• Ability to perform data entry and support payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding of seasonal bell ringers and kettle drivers; provide orientation and training.
• Review and maintain timekeeping records for seasonal staff; ensure payroll timelines.
• Develop and communicate daily schedules for employees and volunteers.
• Coordinate kettle locations, routes, and equipment; address operational concerns.
• Enter campaign data and assist with reports and tracking as assigned.
• Assist with kettle routes, deliveries, and staffing coverage as needed.
