• Knowledge of The Salvation Army preferred

Aufgaben

• Secure and manage all kettle locations per Salvation Army policy
• Ensure kettle equipment is in good working order and handle delivery/pickup
• Recruit and train volunteer kettle workers and complete necessary documentation
• Supervise and schedule kettle workers and ensure attendance at locations
• Fill in for kettle workers as needed
• Assist in counting and depositing kettle funds per policy
• Maintain kettle equipment condition and supply for season
• Assist with daily delivery/pickup of equipment
• Assist with end-of-season inventory and storage
• Collect and submit volunteer hours as needed
• Assist with paperwork and reports for supervisor
• Assist with annual food and toy collection and distribution
• Assist with general office tasks
• Other duties as assigned
