Job summary

Giants Ridge, managed by Guest Services, is seeking Junior Ski Instructors for the 2026-2027 winter season. As a Jr. Instructor, you'll assist with lessons, help create a safe and fun learning environment, and support our experienced instructors while gaining hands-on teaching experience.

Along the way, you'll build leadership skills while working with a supportive team on the slopes. This seasonal role is open to ages 14-16, with required training dates in November 14, 2026; November 21, 2026;

Qualifications

• Must be 14 or 15 years old by Sept 1, 2026.
• Enthusiastic, dependable and eager to share passion for skiing.
• Able to work outdoors in winter conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist ski instructors in teaching skiing and snowboarding.
• Organize students into groups and prepare them for lessons.
• Direct guests to ticketing and equipment fitting areas.
• Maintain excellent guest service with guests and staff.
• Support daily setup and teardown of the Mountain Sports School.
