Job summary

Giants Ridge is seeking a Junior Ski Instructor to support lessons and help create a safe, engaging learning environment for guests this winter season. You will assist experienced instructors, prep students for lessons, and help with equipment and lift operations in a team setting.

The role targets teens aged 14–16 who are eager to ski, enjoy working outdoors, and can commit to training dates and weekend shifts. Flexible scheduling and mountain perks enhance the experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 14 or 15 years old by September 1, 2026.
• Ability to work outside in winter weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and assist instructors on the slope.

Responsibilities

• Assist in teaching skiing and/or snowboarding to guests and school groups.
• Organize students into groups and prepare them for lessons.
• Direct guests to ticketing and equipment fitting, ensuring safety.
• Support Mountain Sports School setup and breakdown.
