Job summary

Giants Ridge is seeking Junior Ski Instructors for the 2026-2027 winter season. You will assist with lessons, help create a safe and fun learning environment, and support experienced instructors while gaining hands-on teaching experience on the slopes.

Applicants must be 14 or 15 by September 1, 2026, enjoy skiing or snowboarding, and be enthusiastic about outdoor work. Training dates are provided and weekend/holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 14 by Sept 1, 2026.
• Proficient skiing ability.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Ski Instructor in teaching skiing and snowboarding to guests and groups.
• Organize students into groups and prepare them for lessons.
• Direct guests to ticketing and equipment fitting.
• Maintain excellent customer service and assist in the Mountain Sports School setup and takedown.
• Support instructors and help create a safe, fun learning environment.
