Job summary

Giants Ridge is seeking a part-time Ski Instructor for the 2026-2027 winter season. You’ll teach guests of all ages and abilities, ensuring a safe and fun learning environment and helping guests improve on the slopes.

As part of the Mountain Sports School, you’ll gain leadership and teaching skills while working with a supportive team and enjoying employee perks and seasonal scheduling.

Qualifications

• Intermediate skiing ability; PSIA/AASI certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to engage guests of all ages and skill levels with strong communication.
• Willingness to learn and update skiing and teaching skills per PSIA/AASI.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor winter environment.

Responsibilities

• Instruct guests in groups and private lessons, teaching proper technique for ability levels.
• Assist guests with equipment and lift loading/unloading.
• Help with setup/takedown of Mountain Sports School.
• Uphold guest safety and follow the Responsibility Code.
• Report injuries or incidents and communicate issues to management.
