Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is hiring Ski Instructors for Giants Ridge to teach guests of all ages and abilities, creating a safe, fun learning environment on varied terrain during the 2026-2027 winter season.

As part of the Mountain Sports School, you’ll lead group and private lessons, plan personalized sessions, and help guests with equipment and lift procedures while upholding the Resort’s safety standards.

Qualifications

• Instructs guests in groups and private lessons, teaching proper technique.
• Prepares and plans lessons to meet individual skill needs.
• Promotes safety and follows PSIA/AASI standards.
• Able to work outdoors in winter conditions.

Responsibilities

• Upholds safety on varied terrain.
• Assists in set-up and take down of Mountain Sports School.
• Instructs guests on proper equipment use and lift loading/unloading.
• Reports injuries or incidents and maintains safety protocols.
