Job summary

Giants Ridge is seeking Junior Instructors to begin a path in Snow Sports education, introducing you to teaching skills and leadership within the Mountain Sports School. This seasonal role requires candidates aged 14–16 by September 1, 2026 and offers an educational pathway with national recognition as a Junior Instructor.

Responsibilities include assisting in teaching skiing/snowboarding, helping group organization, and providing excellent guest service while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient skiing ability.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing attitude.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Clear spoken English for guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Ski Instructor in teaching skiing/snowboarding to guests and groups.
• Demonstrate and communicate snow sports teaching principles clearly.
• Organize students into groups and prepare them for lessons.
• Direct guests to ticketing and equipment fitting areas.
• Maintain excellent customer service with guests and staff.
• Assist in daily setup and takedown of Mountain Sports School.
• Other duties as assigned.
