Job summary

Giants Ridge, managed by Guest Services, is seeking Junior Snowboard Instructors for the 2026-2027 winter season. As a Jr. Instructor, you’ll assist with lessons, help create a safe and fun learning environment, and support our experienced instructors while gaining hands-on teaching experience.

You must be 14 or 15 by September 1, 2026, and be enthusiastic about snow sports. This seasonal, on-site role offers flexible scheduling and Mountain Perks like free employee passes.

Qualifications

• Must be 14 or 15 by September 1, 2026.
• Able to work outside in winter conditions.
• Commitment to training dates in November and December 2026.
• Enthusiastic, dependable and passionate about snow sports.

Responsibilities

• Assist snowboard instructors in teaching guests and groups.
• Help organize students and prepare lesson times.
• Direct guests to ticketing and equipment fitting.
• Maintain excellent guest service.
• Assist in daily set-up and takedown of Mountain Sports School.
• Other duties as assigned.
