Exemplar Luxury Group is seeking a Specialized Operations Associate for Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills, overseeing daily General Office activities and Jewelry Department operations. You will support opening procedures, cash handling, and customer service, while ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.

You will collaborate with Corporate Merchants, Accounts Payable, Inventory Control, and vendors.

Mansioni

• Open the store: secure, supervises cash handling, and reports distribution.
• Maintain daily functions: cash entry, deposits, chargeback reconciliation, register counts.
• Resolve customer issues, research payments, and track packages.
• Operate jewelry department: follow standards, book jewelry entries, process transfers and price changes.
• Handle returns, transfers, vendor shipments, and inventory reconciliation.
• Prepare order requests and statements of sale; engage with vendors and corporate teams.
