Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills is seeking a Specialized Operations Associate under the guidance of the Assistant General Manager, Operations. You will manage daily General Office functions and jewelry department operations to ensure a seamless luxury shopping experience.

You will open the store, manage safes, registers, and daily reports; handle cash entries, bank deposits, chargebacks, and reconcile discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills with Google Suite and MS Office.
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs and adhere to dependability standards.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and keeps work area organized.

Responsibilities

• General Office duties: opening the store, safes, registers and reporting.
• Process daily cash entries, bank deposits, reconcile chargebacks, and count cash.
• Resolve customer issues (internal and external) and track shipments.
• Jewelry operations: receive, verify and book merchandise; process transfers, ASN shipments, price changes.
• Maintain repair logs, oversee trunk shows and show setup/takedown, and recap results.
