Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Specialized Operations Associate to support daily General Office duties and Jewelry Department operations. Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, you will help manage opening procedures, cash handling, customer issues, and jewelry logistics in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications include strong computer skills, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Competenze

• Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 15 lbs, and handle merchandise carts.
• Strong computer skills (Google, MS Office) and adaptability to new tech.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates dependability and attention to detail in daily operations.

Mansioni

• Oversee General Office operations and Jewelry Department workflows.
• Open store: manage safe, controllers, registers and reporting.
• Process cash/ deposits, reconcile charges and count cash/ petty cash.
• Handle customer issues and vendor interactions; manage shipments and pricing changes.
• Record and track jewelry entries, transfers, and returns per standards.
