Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Specialist Operations Associate to support the General Office and Jewelry Department under the Assistant General Manager, Operations. You will balance daily office tasks with jewelry operations, ensuring accuracy and top-tier service.

Responsibilities include store opening, cash handling, order processing, and coordinating with Merchants, AP, and vendors. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail operations preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Open the store and manage daily general office operations.
• Handle cash, deposits, and daily reconciliations for accuracy.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Process jewelry receipts, transfers, price changes, and re-tickets.
• Assist in show set-up, trunk shows, and special orders.
• Maintain audit readiness and protect vault contents.
• Support selling floor and cross-functional teams as required.
