Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue Stores (SFA) is seeking a Specialized Operations Associate to oversee the General Office and Jewelry Department operations. You will support daily financial tasks, customer issue resolution, and merchandise processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced luxury setting.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task across administrative and retail functions.

Responsibilities

• Open the General Office: safe, controller, registers and distributing reports.
• Maintain daily functions: morning cash entry, processing deposits, reconciling chargebacks, counting cash.
• Resolve customer issues, internal and external, including researching/billing and packages.
• Process Jewelry operations per standards: receipts, transfers, price changes, RTVs, returns, repairs, and vendor communications.
• Assist on floor as needed and support inventory and audits.
