Saks Fifth Avenue is seeking a Specialized Operations Associate to oversee the Jewelry Department and General Office functions. Under the Assistant General Manager, you will manage daily operations, filings, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with company standards.

The role requires strong computer skills, ability to multi-task, and a flexible schedule to meet business needs. You will support teammates on the selling floor and coordinate with Merchants and Accounts Payable as needed.

Formación

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong teamwork and communication with store staff and vendors.
• Proficiency with Google apps and MS Office tools for daily reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee General Office daily operations and reports for the Jewelry Department.
• Open the store: manage safe, controller, registers, and distribution of reports.
• Handle daily cash posting, deposits, chargeback reconciliation, and petty cash counts.
• Resolve customer issues, research payments, and track shipments or packages.
• Receive, verify, and book all jewelry according to company standards.
• Process re-tickets, RTVs, transfers, ASN shipments, and price changes.
