Job summary

Dana-co LLC is seeking a hands-on IT Warehouse Technician for our Secaucus, NJ Distribution Center. You will support day-to-day hardware, software, and network operations, ensuring uptime and efficient warehouse tech performance.

The role requires strong IT troubleshooting in a fast-paced distribution environment, with responsibilities spanning PC/printer/scanner maintenance, server/AD basics, and inventory/documentation of IT assets.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT support experience in hardware, networking, and end-user support.
3+ years supporting technology in a warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution center environment.
Experience supporting RF scanners, thermal label printers, shipping stations, warehouse PCs and mobile devices, network infrastructure, and warehouse peripherals.
Working knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, DNS/TCP-IP networking, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills; excellent communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support for the Distribution Center to minimize downtime and keep business-critical systems operational.
Troubleshoot, install, configure, maintain, and test computers, printers, RF scanners, mobile devices, network gear, and warehouse technology.
Configure and maintain RF guns/handheld scanners; support thermal label printers and shipping workstations.
Assist with Pio automation systems hardware/software, connectivity, and preventive maintenance.
Provide help desk response, inventory management for IT hardware, and basic server/AD administration.
