Job summary

lululemon Athletica is seeking a Seasonal Product Operations Educator to support store inventory and guest experiences. You will process shipments, organize stock in back-of-house and on the floor, and assist guests by connecting them with team members as needed.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment with variable schedules, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Execute RFID inventory counts and processing per plan.
• Receive and process product deliveries, folding, sorting, and hanging to optimize space.
• Reconcile, package, and ship products per standards (damages, consolidations).
• Adjust product displays, restock/destock, and move products on the floor as needed.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online, ship from store, etc.).
• Interact with guests on the floor to provide service or connect to a team member.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and positive guest experience.
