Job summary

lululemon is hiring a Product Operations Educator to manage inventory processing and product operations on the retail floor and back-of-house areas. You will assist guests on the floor and connect them with team members as needed, ensuring smooth store operations.

The role involves organizing stock, executing RFID counts, handling deliveries, and supporting buy-online-pickup-in-store programs with a focus on accuracy and guest service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above.
• Retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills required.
• Eligible to work in the United States and able to travel to assigned store.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Execute RFID inventory counts and stock processing per SOPs.
• Receive/Process deliveries, fold, sort, and hang products to optimize space.
• Reconcile, package, and ship products to appropriate locations when needed.
• Update product displays and restock to maintain presentation standards.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store).
• Engage with guests and connect them to team members for assistance.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and positive guest experiences.
