Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group is seeking a Seasonal Cashier in Jacksonville, FL. As a frontline team member, you will process payments, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver friendly service to create memorable guest experiences during events.

You will handle transactions quickly in a fast-paced environment, balance tills, and upsell merchandise and event add-ons to boost guest enjoyment and revenue. The position requires evening/weekend availability.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify will be used.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience operating a POS system or ability to learn new transaction technology quickly.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the event area for extended periods.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds for restocking and inventory support.

Mansioni

• Operate the POS system to process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Issue receipts and handle refunds or exchanges per company policy.
• Balance the register and generate end-of-day summaries.
• Greet guests and provide information about attraction, pricing, and offers.
• Promote merchandise, upgrades, and bundle deals to boost revenue.
• Monitor merchandise stock, restock items, and report shortages.
• Assist with queue organization to maintain smooth guest flow.
