You will work evenings and weekends at haunted attractions and immersive experiences, contributing to a lively, high-energy atmosphere while maintaining professional service and compliance with alcohol policies.

Qualifications

Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
Experience using POS systems for order entry and payment processing preferred.
Strong customer service, communication and math skills required.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, from themed cocktails to classics and mocktails, with accuracy and flair.
Deliver consistent product quality and presentation in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Engage guests with a friendly, confident attitude and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Recommend drink selections and upsell featured event specials to enhance enjoyment.
Operate the POS system accurately and balance cash at shift end.
Maintain a clean, organized bar area and follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
Collaborate with bartenders, servers and event staff to ensure smooth service.
