Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group is seeking Seasonal Event Staff in Jacksonville, FL. You will guide guests, manage crowd flow, and help create a safe, immersive experience at our haunted attractions and events.

The role requires independence in busy, dark, loud environments with strobe effects and close guest interaction, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules demand. Seasonal employment is offered with at-will terms.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older at hire.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; E-Verify verification will be used.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the attraction, keep lines moving, and minimize wait times.
• Deliver friendly, professional assistance at every guest interaction and explain rules and layout.
• Assist with event setup/teardown, maintain clean, organized spaces and ensure props and effects are in place.
